China finally over cross the US, and not only on internet access. Italy? number twelve, with an half of people connected on internet of Great Britain, most of them with slow connection. Canada with an half of Italian population has more people connected on internet than Italy. Even Spain has more internet connection in base of the population. This is an index of how Italy is behind the other developed country, in term of technology.
One of the Obama programs to boost the economy is gave fast internet connection to rural area. It's this because it's necessary a better infrastructure or because the US wants to be the Number One again?
Italy should definitely do it.

Ess quiss
Ottaviano Del Turco, a former Italian finance minister and current regional governor, was arrested on Monday with top aides on suspicion of involvement in a multi-million euro graft scheme, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said del Turco was suspected of corruption and criminal association and he was last night being held in a jail close to the Adriatic city of Pescara.

Dario Fo and his wife, Franca Rame, performed for ages around Europe and the world, he is an Italian satirist, playwright, theater director, actor, and composer. His style is about an "Giullare di corte", an artist who was working for the entertainment of the King, but at the same time taking joke of him (and for that most of the time tortured and killed). But this style, evolved in ages, it's a form of information that is tolerated from the authority. One of his play, for example, lightly against the church, but not allowed that time, made all priest that had to check if to censure him, happy and laughing about the play, to allow it. But, at the end, The Communist, the Catholic, the Fascist dislike him.
Dario Fo withdrew all rights to perform his plays in Czechoslovakia in protest after Warsaw Pact forces crushed the Prague Spring in 1968, and refused to accept cuts demanded by Soviet censors. Productions of his plays in the Eastern Block ended.
In 1970, first play of Accidental Death of an Anarchist criticized abuse of forces of law and order, in name of the Anarchist Giuseppe Pinelli.
When Fo criticized police in one of his plays, police raids and censorship increased. A fascist group, commissioned by high ranking officials in Milan's Carabinieri, the Italian military police, kidnapped Franca Rame, torturing and raping her. Rame returned to the stage after two months with new anti-fascist monologues.
In 1980 Fo and family founded a retreat, the Libera Università di Alcatraz, in the hills near Gubbio and Perugia. They bought the valley bit by bit. The retreat is currently run by Jacopo Fo.
In 1984 finally, the greatest "Democracy" of the world, the USA, allow him to visit. That's because of his critics on Vietnam War and about JFK assassination (officially because he was Communist, but where?).
In 1997 Dario Fo won the Nobel of literature.

The public domain is a range of abstract materials – commonly referred to as intellectual property – which are not owned or controlled by anyone. The two most prominent people attached to the movement, Richard Stallman and Linus Torvalds, have deep philosophical differences, but has not prevented Stallman from using Torvalds's kernel or Torvalds from using Stallman's GNU General Public License.
Free/Libre Knowledge can be acquired, interpreted and applied freely, it can be re-formulated according to one's needs, and shared with others for community benefit. Open source hardware refers to computer and electronic hardware that is designed in the same fashion as free and open-source software. Open source hardware is part of the open source culture that takes the open source ideas to fields other than software.

Since the dawn of civilization, people have cultivated the plant known scientifically as cannabis and agriculturally as hemp for its fiber, seed, and pharmaceutical properties. Throughout the world, the records of archaeology and history reveal that humanity universally recognized the benefits of this unique plant. Such recognition ended abruptly in 1930, when the newly created Federal Bureau of Narcotics began to educate the American public about marihuana, as hemp had been known colloquially in the Sonoran region of Mexico. Between 1930 and 1934, the Bureau compiled a body of misinformation which suggested that the use of marihuana was directly linked to crime, induced violent behavior, and caused insanity. Then, suddenly, in 1935, the Bureau flooded the nation with educational propaganda against marihuana use. During this act of demonization, the Bureau continuously cited its own accumulated body of misinformation as a precedent for legislation on the federal level. Through this studied deception, the Bureau effectively lobbied for the passage of the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937, which considerably restricted the usage, distribution, and production of marihuana. Significantly, restrictions on marihuana automatically implied restrictions on the cultivation of hemp. Then the campaign was extended to the whole world, and today hemp is no longer cultivated. Mainly, at that time, there were an commercial reason for the US to prohibit the cultivation of hemp. But that was also the time when alcohol was prohibited. The damage that marijuana cause is less than alcohol, but the use of alcohol is now even publicized and one of the main social problem. But the use of hemp is a lot more than that; Hemp is one of the most versatile plants known to mankind. Its fibres can be used for textiles and ropes or made into paper. Its seeds are a valuable food rich in unsaturated oils, which can also be used as fuel. Hemp requires few pesticides as it quickly outgrows any weeds. It leaves the soil clean for other crops. When hemp stalks are dew-retted in the fields most nutrients are returned to the soil for the next crop.

It's nice to be back home from vacation and find that the summer is started at home. Budapest is a great place. Magyar seems Italians, with a touch of German and with an understandable language. Happy people, friendly enough, with an interesting and alive culture. The economy grows fast, and you can feel the sensation that people has a better life.
I was thinking how important is increase our experience, have a full life, meet different people, enjoy your time. Il sole e' medico di tutto!
